The Dean & Minnie Martin Institute for Personal Growth
One of the primary passions of TCR is to develop kingdom-minded people – men and women who are successful in the business world and desire to bless the work of God. The Institute for Personal Growth is all about equipping students with the necessary skills to be entrepreneurs. It all began when the late Bro. Dean Martin took several men under his wing and taught them the land business. God had blessed Bro. Martin to create a very successful business where he purchased tracts of land and subdivided them into smaller parcels for individual home sites. With the able tutelage of Bro. Martin, these men also began their own businesses and have blessed the kingdom of God tremendously. Pastor Joel Holmes had the vision to take what Bro. Martin did for these men and create an institute where successful business owners could come and share their stories of starting a business with the congregation of the First Pentecostal Church.
